We had a fantastic start to 2023 with Sita's cochlear implant activation. After receiving the implant a month prior, our team in New Delhi was excited to see how Sita would respond to hearing sounds for the first time.
When we turned on the device, Sita was clearly curious and very eager. She quickly learned how to respond to different sounds by raising her hand or clapping along. Even more impressive was her attempt at whistling – all on her very first try at hearing.
